• Profile photo
• Location (city and area)
• Listing data including photos, descriptions, and pricing
• Chat messages between buyers and sellers

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and improve our marketplace services
• Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers
• Send push notifications about your listings and messages
• Calculate Trust Scores and verify user profiles
• Ensure platform safety and prevent fraud

3. AI & Photo Processing

When you use our AI listing feature, your photos are processed to identify items and generate listing details. Photos are sent securely to our AI service (Google Gemini) for analysis. Photos are not stored beyond what is needed to create your listing.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. The following information is visible to other users:

• Your profile name and location
• Your listings and their details
• Your Trust Score and verification status
• Your seller rating

We share data with service providers who help operate the platform, including Firebase (authentication, database, storage), Google Cloud (AI processing), and Apple (push notifications).

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase services with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including secure authentication via Firebase Auth, Apple Sign-In, and Google Sign-In.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and update your profile information at any time through the app
• Edit or delete your listings
• Request account deletion through the app settings, which will remove your personal data from our systems
• Block other users to prevent them from contacting you
• Report objectionable content or abusive users

7. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for new chat messages, offers on your listings, and listing updates. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or your device settings at any time.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve our services. This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

9. Children's Privacy

Offerzy is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Offerzy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
